Your work on our 6 conference rooms, digital signage, video distribution, and other items has been outstanding. But the crown jewel here has got to be our Community Room, which includes 2 Barco projectors, sound reinforcement, lighting control, and much more. We get a “wow” when people see and use this system for the first time. As the in house department head responsible for these systems, perhaps the best measure of Strong’s success here is the LACK of assistance or problem calls we get from our end-users. University Community Hospital had branched out to five buildings in two countries and needed a videoconferencing system to save on time and money. I’ve been in the A/V business for over 30 years and needed a breath of fresh air after having another mediocre experience with a national vendor.
