“Kevin, I want to thank you and your team for a very smooth and efficient set up last Saturday.
Bob was on the ball at all times, he knew what he was doing and set up was a breeze. Although I was a bit sceptical with the “process” of putting together and installing the 15′ x 65′ screen, I was actually surprised with the ease of the unorthodox way of setting it up. And Video Village went together in a timely fashion.
What can I say, Angel was Angel. Sound was set and ready to go early. It was nice seeing him again.
Cliff was so pleasant to deal with on site. He kept his electrics busy and everything went up smoothly. Even when the hotel was 2 1/2 hours late with the stage, Cliff kept his guys going and didn’t panic on the late focus. Everything was done at 5:00PM. Right on schedule.
And the gal (can’t remember her name) who put the cameras together by herself and other areas of video was very fast and nice. And I heard from Lisa she was a very good long and short lens camera-person.
And thanks to you for working with us on our budget, and thank you for your help on Saturday on the other set ups around the Convention Center.
Lisa said the client was extremely pleased with everything.
